• Communication was dreadful. The man I was in contact with had no patients for me & refused to address my questions & concerns. I called customer support, a woman got back to me, & she was more reasonable. She answered my questions & gave me peace of mind so I moved forward with Red Wolves instead of switching movers. This was a horrible decision. I had 2 movers, Tony and Sato. Tony was a very kind person and in the end Sato tried to address my concerns too, but the damage was already done. He walked up to the job smoking a cigarette & continued to smoke it after I told him I have a severe allergy to tobacco, he asked me to have my friend help them with the move, I saw him trying to drag my couch to the truck by himself (in the process staining it), I saw him throw stuff into the truck, he placed fragile objects under heavy ones, and several of my belongings got damaged due to this. I would not hire this company again or recommend them.

• The movers showed up six hours late and when they did arrive, they complained about everything. It was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had moving and they did such a terrible job. Half of my items were left behind. I arrived at the new apartment one of the movers quit in the middle of unloading the truck. The other guy that decided to stay he unloaded 80 percent of the truck until the third mover arrived. I tipped him because he was the only one that helped me that day. I wish I remembered his name. I won’t recommend this company ever. They charge me for four hours and the process was about 2 hours if that long. I wish I could report this to my credit card and get the service canceled.
