Anthony is the definition of above and beyond. He texted as soon as I booked the reservation and answered all my questions before the move day. On move day, he frequently updated me about his ETA so I knew exactly what to expect. He packed the UBox VERY thoughtfully and was careful with all our items. He even took extra care to disassemble and wrap certain fragile items to decrease risk of breaking. He also spoke to his team very respectfully and constructively.
