  • They informed me 10 minutes before they were suppose to be moving me that it would be 5 hours later due to an employee getting hurt the day before. No apologies but informed me I could cancel if I was not happy. They could’ve been more professional and let me know the day before that this was a possibility especially since I booked them five days before hand.

    Please add in there as well all your address was incorrect and yes you booked five days early after receiving confirmation questions about locations. And still did not correct information until your movers arrived to a false location. Your spouse told you and corrected you on your lack of communication in front of crew members. As everyone else knows first come first serve. Thank you for choosing Allsafe moving.
