Poor experience from start to finish. Communication was inconsistent, I had to reach out multiple times just to confirm when they’d arrive. On moving day the time changed more than once, they were rushed, nearly left part of my bed, and didn’t use any of the four packs of moving blankets they brought. Items were packed carelessly, with large furniture crammed in last and stacked inefficiently. As a result, several pieces, including my new king bed frame and buffet hutch, were bent or broken and are now unusable. I couldn’t even see the damage until I unpacked because of how the truck was loaded. I hired professionals to make the move easier and safer, but this was the opposite. Their follow-up has been just as unprofessional. Disappointing and unacceptable.
