I asked Carlos about leaving the job an hour early, and he assured me that he had an arrangement with U-Haul to adjust the time accordingly. This was completely untrue. He never adjusted the time, which resulted in me losing an hour of paid service. Additionally, I tipped him and his partner generously. I feel scammed and misled. Please do not book with this service, the practices are dishonest and predatory.
