  • Overall the 3 movers for 3 hours successfully packed my 2 bedroom apartment into my truck in the time I had scheduled, so 3 stars. However, the professionalism left a lot to be desired. The movers were 10 min late and tried to leave 10 min early (but I asked them to complete all 3 hours instead of me adding time, given that they were late). They would watch videos on their phones while walking up the stairs, put the phone away to move a box, then slowly walk back up the stairs while watching videos on their phone. Lots of personal phone calls. I had asked if they would bring their own tools and had been told that they would, but they did not have tools. They also had no idea how to take apart the furniture that needed to be taken apart - we had to figure that out. We had to suggest taking the shelves out of furniture and then wrap them ourselves. There was one shelving unit that they did not take the shelves out of that broke badly in transit that we discovered when we unloaded.

  • this is my second time booking movers through this company and each time has been such a positive experience ! this move was a bit peculiar in that we had to do multiple trips back and forth from loading to unloading locations but Delanté and Kevin made it such a breeze ! they were kind, generous, quick, safe and efficient all while handling my items with care. highly recommend.
