  • I don't think there are more caring movers who are helpful and knowledgable about the pitfalls of renting a Ubox. We had a really bad experience securing a Ubox in Boston and I had to rebook new movers. Yaya called and texted with me for over an hour trying to work through the issue and other ideas because we had to be out of the apartment. They were willing to drive the Ubox up from Rhode Island to get the job done. They were in constant contact regarding their arrival time and readjusted their schedule to help us out. Thank you Yaya and Richard for turning around a really difficult situation and helping my son get moved back home.
