• Today I had the opportunity to work with this company. I appreciated their flexibility in scheduling and rescheduling something that saved me from potential loss of property, as they accommodated multiple changes without issue. However, there were several shortcomings. They arrived 15 to 20 minutes late due to parking difficulties, which I had to resolve by paying an additional $10. They also attempted to arrive two hours early without notice, which was not feasible. Upon review of the loading process (photos were submitted), I was disappointed to find an item damaged, and the truck poorly utilized with ample unused space. Despite claiming professionalism, their focus appeared more on finishing within the three-hour window than delivering careful service. While they met the minimum expectations, I would not personally hire them again. Overall, I rate the experience a 2 out of 5.

• Booked 2 movers, only 1 showed up. The other was a no show and I was contacted by the owner. He sent another mover that didn't arrive until an hour in of our 2 hour booking time. Unfortunately my partner had to start helping the first mover as to not waste time - we had other movers booked to meet us at our new apartment. The two movers were really professional and we tipped them cash. However, I had a hard time communicating my frustration to the owner. After weeks of back and forth, he refunded me partially for having to help his movers.

• The movers were great! They went above and beyond in helping us with every aspect of unloading and setting up the furniture in the house. I highly recommend them.
