Integrity Moving service
My initial movers canceled last minute, and I had to rebook a new service in less than half a day. On a call with William from Integrity Moving, I emphasized the scheduled time, number, and strength of helpers,he confirmed. On moving day, they arrived too early, and 3 non-English-speaking people showed up. I called William, confirmed the number, said I wouldn't pay extra, and he agreed. The call is documented. I started a timer. I told them clearly to load the bed and mattress first,they ignored this and barely used the dolly. Though 3, they worked inefficiently. I helped in the last 30 min and brought the final bag myself. At 2 hours, there was no space left for the bed. It took 20–25 more min to rearrange and fit it,just as I had originally instructed. After tipping, I gave the payment code. Later, William claimed 3 hours and requested extra payment. I declined. He kept calling and today threatened court. Same unload was done in under 2 hrs. This is unacceptable & unprofessional.
