• I was going to leave a 5 star review even after they were 15 minutes late and caused me to be late for my trip and not be on schedule for an evening crew to unload the truck. I didn’t watch the whole loading process as I was still in my apartment gathering some last minute things, however, upon arriving at my final location I noticed a huge hole was put in the back of my couch while loading. My wife noticed that they put my sofa sectional over the rail to get it downstairs instead of carrying it down. This lead to my whole top back of my sofa being stained with rust and dried paint and it caused the fabric to be scraped as well. I did not know this until I got to my next location and I am NOT happy. I booked a two person crew for two hours and that is not how many people came. They smelled of marijuana and used foul language in the vicinity of my children.

  OND Moving is a drug-free company that operates with strict professional standards. Customers are informed of our 15-minute arrival window and are always asked if they want items wrapped. For one-way moves, the customer supplies wrapping materials, and declining that protection is at their own risk. We also offer SafeLoad coverage through U-Haul at booking, but once a one-way load leaves our care, OND Moving is not responsible for what happens during travel.

• Felix is extremely professional, and will actively communicate every step of the way. He is very considerate and offers solutions to make things easier, and will point out whenever there's a small mistake or something we should be aware of. Overall, very satisfied with the services, and they were significantly faster than expected.
