Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The company communicated efficiently and offered alternative timelines that could help us earlier based on our circumstances. They unloaded a 28 foot trailer of household goods and were very pleasant and professional. We will definitely use them again when we move next time.
Nice guys. Inexperienced; seemed like their first time moving anything. Took WAY longer than it should have. We ended up having to extend an hour when it should have only taken 3 hours. Almost all of our items were damaged (scratches, dings, dents, etc). I ended up having to help move stuff myself with them. Communication was not great either.
I can't recommend them enough. Extremely kind, fast, careful with our stuff. If you're on the fence about who to hire, I'd 100 percent recommend them. We were very picky about the company we hired, and they went above and beyond. Got everything done with time to spare, and everything was very well placed in the truck.
