    Not Happy at all - despite providing all info - support - pictures in advance about scope - clarity of what needs to be done and time etc - less than half is done. I have to hire another agency to finish job tomm. Only issue I see is that - I requested this sevice with just a day in advance - may be I got untrained staff - other than that I don't know how such high rated service provider could bungle itself.
