• Damages, deceit, and dishonestly are the pillars of Swift Services. I waited to submit a negative review in hopes that the company would do the right thing for the damages they caused to my two couches during unloading. However, since the owner is refusing to accept responsibility for his unprofessional actions and is making dishonest reports to the insurance adjuster, I am left with no choice but to give them the lowest possible review. I purchased additional moving insurance through U-Haul Moving Help to cover any damages that were the result of the movers' actions. Despite showing him the damages before he left the home, plus having photographs, 4 witnesses, and a text message from the owner himself confirming he sent the info to the adjuster, the owner of Swift Services refuses to confirm to the adjuster that my couches were torn as a result of his team pushing the furniture over a sliding door frame and tearing the upholstery instead of carrying it. His lies are shameful. Beware.

• Brandon and team member did a good job with our move. He worked efficiently and followed directions well. We Had him move only furniture. It was multiple heavy items with stairs and tight places.
