Relative to their service... Well the service was fine. They did a great job, were respectful and professional, and did it quickly and efficiently. My only problem is with UHaul... the app specifically. I see now where it says $155 (PER HOUR) but it is very misleading since it shows a price in big numbers and says the price is for 2 men for 2 hours. Yet the price is per hour? Very confusing and misleading. I would never have paid over $300 to have people move 14 pieces of furniture had I known. So... UHaul... very good job misleading people out of their money. Why would you post a price and say its for two hours when the price is actually per hour? I wish you would fix that so this doesn't happen to anyone else and I would really prefer to be compensated for this. It's not right. I tipped them too so all in all I paid about $30 per piece of furniture... each of which took about 10 minutes. It's outrageous.
