• They are scamers and thieves. I am currently filing a claim now because i have 4 missing moving bags. My autographed football memorabilia that cannot be replaced and the heartbreak dealing with this shady moving company has become such a nightmare!

  Carolyn, we take accusations of this nature extremely seriously, which is why it is concerning that the Resolution Case you opened number 48019 focuses on a billing dispute for the 6th hour and does not mention theft or missing items. Our records show our two person crew worked from about 1 15 PM until shortly after 7 PM, carrying heavy furniture down three flights of stairs and completing two full trips between the addresses. Based on our messages and crew reports, your son supervised the unload while you were off site. As a labor only service, our crew loaded and unloaded your rented truck and they did not drive it or remove it from your or your sons control. We document times, notes and photos for our jobs and will cooperate fully with any investigation, while standing firmly by our crews integrity and the hard work they performed.
