the movers were great! they got everything unloaded quickly and were pros at navigating my buildings’s loading dock and freight elevator. they asked where we wanted the items in the apartment, as well. they were very friendly and courteous!
Great communication from the owner. My movers, TJ & Treyvon, kept me updated with their ETA and showed up ready to work and brought the appropriate equipment for the job. They were careful, helpful, thoughtful & professional. I've moved many times and this was one of the best experiences I've had with movers. Will absolutely use again and recommend to others.
The start time was 1300. At 1140 they texted that they were running 30 minutes behind schedule. They contacted me again at 1345 that they were 10 minutes away. I appreciated their communication. When they arrived, they began work immediately, and only took a short break after they finished unloading the first truck and waited for us to move the trucks around to unload the 2nd one. It was extremely hot this afternoon. We had Gatorade and water on ice, and encouraged them to drink often. They were very appreciative of it. They were very friendly and professional, taking great care of our belongings. (We had some antique furniture items that were in need d minor repair before we moved) and they did their best to not cause more damage. I would recommend them for other jobs.
