  • I used Get it Done twice over a ten day period. the first time they were one hour late but the guys worked hard and completed the job in a much quicker time than I had expected. the second time they were 2.30 hours late. I had to pay people to open the location. When they arrived, they finished the work quickly, but I and other people had to wait for 2 hours 30 minutes. I did approve the payment but contacted the Company for credit for one of the 3 hours I paid for (they finished in an hour and half). They took ten days and three e mails and texts to respond and refused any kind of credit. Although the workers were good the management obviously is not and they schedule the workers. I would NOT use these people again.
