  • My biggest issue with this company is the lack of professionalism. When I booked in April, I called to confirm they could break down my two beds. The man I spoke with said they usually charge extra but would take care of it. Come moving day, he denied ever saying that and showed up with no tools—just him and his teenage son. We had to rush to disassemble one bed and leave the other behind. The son dropped multiple items and broke a trash can. They tried to move our couch but damaged it with black marks and rips. I also saw the man dragging our flat screen TV box. No uniforms, just looks like a couple random dudes. Praying nothing is broken.

  • They were both amazing! They were held up at another job but clearly communicated everything with me so there was no uncertainty. Got the job done timely without issue. Reliable, trustworthy, dependable, and amazing!
