This was one of the most frustrating moving experiences I’ve ever had. We had a confirmed 930am start time, yet hours went by with excuse after excuse and no crew showing up when promised. The constant delays and broken commitments completely derailed our day, I ended up missing two other scheduled services and had to pull friends from their families just to get the move finished on time. To their credit, the two movers who finally arrived did work hard once they got there, but by then the damage was already done. We had already done most of the heavy lifting ourselves, and their rushed effort led to a couple of items being broken. Overall, the poor organization, lack of reliability, and wasted time made this an unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this company if you want a move that is on time, professional, and stress-free.
