  The guys were very nice and efficient. They did a great job loading my very large plants in ceramic pots! We made it to the destination without any breaks!

  The communication to set-up our move was excellent; however, they texted the morning of that they would be 30 minutes late and they did not keep us informed on how they were loading the truck.The movers arrived smelling of cigarettes and weed. Their manager was constantly on the phone, not supervising the movers. Almost all of our furniture was badly scratched, dented, ripped, stained from shoe prints, or otherwise damaged due to poor loading (even though we provided moving blankets and ratchet straps, only one was used on the back of a keyboard. (e.g. they did not protect an antique mirror with any blankets)), they did not fit all of our furniture (which could have fit with more efficient loading) so we had to take more trips than expected.

  The service was not as expected as they struggled moving large items , put holes in the walls , dropped my new dryer and could t determine how to remove an adjustable bed frame . The professionalism was superb but need to understand to be very careful moving customers belonging and not damage or damage property such as home walls.
