Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The movers were timely and very efficient. I appreciate them and commend them for their efforts. Where they fell short was in the handling of a requested refund. I added two extra hours of time on top of the three I already paid for. The whole move only took 1.5 hours total with me helping. I simply was asking for 2 hours or even 1 hour back at $110 per hr. The owner gave a bunch of reasons and only gave me $38 back. Not the best experience, but a good lesson.
Doug and Gage were absolutely fantastic! They did a tremendous job moving furniture for us today. They were extremely courteous and professional and they lifted heavy furniture with care. We can’t thank them enough for their great service today.
