Allen and team did a good job. They were flexible with the shifts that had to be made due to U Haul’s inability to keep the time selected to pick up the van. We ended up adding on transport and unloading. There was some damage to a couple of items once we started to unload. Allen was very apologetic and made it right. I’m grateful. I would use them again.
