  • Moving Help was scheduled only one day in advance and the worker quality was evident. The lead mover (Zee) was excellent and very professional. However, the other mover was less professional, very loud (this was an apartment building) and not as respectful for the care of furniture being moved. I asked several times during the move to wrap certain furniture items in order to protect them which seemed to be avoided. (I provided about 20 packing blankets for wrapping and padding but were minimally used. The move was from a 3rd floor apartment with a couple of heavy pieces. The other mover frequently had to reorganize the truck (multiple times) making the loading time much longer. Again, hats off to Zee for trying his hardest to make a positive experience in a tough situation.

    Our policy is 1 strike you are out. The offending worker was dismissed. I must say however that loading a full 15 ft truck from a 3rd floor then 30 min drive to unload to a second 3rd floor apt wil never be done in 2 hours. Crew chief Zeb is the absolute fastest ,strongest and most competent mover I have ever seen.this is the only time anyone has complained on a job he led in 2 years.
