With our load-unload services please wrap important items before we arrive Packing and wrapping is a different service Load-unload is moving items only, If damages caused to any items not wrapped or damage to house because item is not wrapped will result in refund and no compensation.

MAKE IT EASY lived up to their name. They certainly made it easy for me. I had a long list of tasks (mostly heavy lifting) to complete and they did it ALL in the alotted time. They were easy to work with and had great attitudes. My only regret is that I didn't hire them sooner!!!!

The movers were scheduled for yesterday and they never showed. They called and said they would be here at 8:00 a.m. today. They have not arrived and I have to move today. I had to extend my uhaul rental to accommodate them rescheduling, and they still didn't show. This is unacceptable. I wish to be refunded immediately and the the additional rental amount should be their responsibility.
