• Polite, professional and eager to help and to put forth the effort to do the job. I had heavy furniture and two flights of stairs with sharp corners which made navigating difficult. Kenneth made light work and stayed positive despite the physical demands and summer heat. I would recommend Kenneth.

• They arrived ontime in the afternoon, they complained how tired they are from the previous move. One man could not pick up most furniture due to his complaint of being sore and tired. Things started slow and I helped out a lot,about a third of items being packed he kept saying all your stuff is not going to fit...I said yes it is. I knew this because I've moved many times. I told him you have to start packing upward to fill on all the space. I started to call frantically to hire other movers that could help even tried to hire off Facebook because these movers were giving up and I had to move that day. Thank God I saw 3 men pull up in a van to go paint an apartment, I asked them frantically if they could help and I'll pay them. They moved all my stuff out of the my apartment while the 2 original men maneuvered the inside of the truck. The whole time I manage all men every step of the way. I paid all movers however if you cannot do a moving job then dont accept the job. Pissed customer
