Don was a great communicator—he stayed in contact with us throughout the entire 7-hour loading and unloading process. His crew was extremely professional, polite, and careful, especially with a large number of breakables that were not professionally packed. They maximized the use of space in the truck and worked quickly, efficiently, and respectfully. We were particularly impressed that they removed their shoes every time they entered the house. Their attention to detail and respect for our home did not go unnoticed. I also mistakenly overpaid them by $70, and as soon as they were contacted, they immediately promised to return the money—an honest and trustworthy team.
