Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The crew who came were not prepared to move my belongings. They were unprofessional, slow, damaged my wall, and one even sat in my restroom for half an hour (for which I was ultimately charged). I was willing to overlook the lack of professionalism, but they left some of my belongings in the street and did not complete the job until dispatch called to check on them. They were inexpensive but I’m not sure the cost was ultimately worth the experience.
