    The organizer did not reach out to confirm the booking or discuss the time. I texted the day before and confirmed an evening time but they did not communicate a hard end time of eight pm until we were well on our way day of move. This resulted in a lot of additional stress on moving day. The movers themselves were incredibly polite and hardworking. They were careful with all items and were efficient.
