Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I would have appreciated more communication leading up to the service. I have experience with other movers and there was usually more information given leading up the move. Also, it was a bit hard to get in contact with the movers which made it very unclear when they would actually arrive day of. However, once they arrived they were super great and moved everything quick and efficiently. I would still recommend as the actual job was done well.
The two gentlemen we had packed up all the furniture so perfectly, so efficiently and in the heat! We had some heavy furniture and they carried it down some tricky steps and turns with no problems and no damage. They finished early and did such an outstanding job!
Overall the service and communication from the 2 guys were very good, they had very good attitude , at the end they were tired and started having difficulty to move heavy stuff, I recommend to book them in the morning to be the first service
