  • Initially when I booked this company they were great at communicating when it came to making sure they understood all the help I would need but when it came to the day of, it was a horrible experience. There was a 945am start time and by 10am there was still no one there, tried calling and no answer. Called again and finally an answer and the ‘owner’ who seemed confused and not professional! This created a major delay especially with my moving truck reservation, 2 guys didn’t show up till about a little before 12pm with an attitude and an unprofessional manor. I was told that they would bring tools with them to disassemble furniture and to unhook appliances and NOTHING, they had not a single tool. So on top of being late, I had to make a store run to get supplies that they should have already had and then had to disassemble and unhook myself. I had high hopes based on previous reviews but after my move , I would never book with them again and would advise that no one else does either!
