  • 2 of 3 movers showed up. They didn’t know a 3rd was a part of the crew or any details of the move. I had to contact the company to find out about the 3rd mover. You made it right by adding two more hours with the 2 guys that did show up. Would be better that you communicate the change vs. discovery learning for the crew and the customer. No one was expecting a 5 hour job.

  • Prime Moving showed up right on time and ready to work. The movers worked efficiently and made sure to understand the needs my move. They loaded the truck safely and followed directly to the unloading location and quickly unloaded the truck. In fact, they were done sooner than expected. Would consider using Prime Moving Solutions again!
