  They took 40 minutes trying to figure out how to disassemble a queen bed and weren't able to do it. My husband and I took 5 minutes looking at the manual I had provided for them and figured it out when they left. They also scraped the front door and broke off the top board of the window going down the stairs. One of the guys was very nice and helpful while the other one seemed bothered to be there. Also, the job was supposed to start at 9 AM and it did not start until 11 AM because the guy that didn't seem content was late. I had to pay for an extra hour because we still had a lot to be done given the wasted time.
