• My mover arrived about an hour late and I had no communication until 30-45 min after. And when he came, I only used him for 20 minutes, even though I had to book a minimum of 2 hours (despite knowing I don’t need someone for 2 hours). The helper was kind and helped me quickly moved my things. However there was no apology for being late or anything. He just said I was just contacted to show up. I do speak Spanish so I was able to communicate with the helper, but it would have been nice to have a heads up that my helper is not an English speaker in case I was a customer who could not. That seems like not great business to me. Overall, helped was great assistance, but the experience itself with the lateness, lack of communication and apology, and having to book for 2 hours when I used the gentleman for 20 minutes is frustrating (though the last part may not be their fault). I wish I could pay for what I need and not overpay.

• Jose Zambrano was very helpful. Even though he was far from the location, he arrived quickly. During the unloading, he was both careful and efficient.
