  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! We hired Streamline to load our U-Boxes, and upon arrival, most furniture was damaged, some beyond repair! During loading, they were rushed and careless. One loader admitted they were going as fast as possible. We watched them hit furniture against walls and drop pieces. When we saw them drop a wrapped piece, they insisted it was fine and wouldn’t let us inspect it. They hit a table against a U-Box and wrapped it to hide that they cracked a leg. We asked them to use all the moving blankets and they said they did. But upon arrival, most furniture was not wrapped and less than half the blankets were used. OUR UNLOADERS SAID IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST LOADING JOBS THEY’D SEEN! After we contacted Streamline, they ghosted us once we provided a furniture repair estimate. We reported this to MovingHelp over a month ago and have made no progress. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! The damage, careless handling, and complete lack of accountability are beyond unacceptable. BEWARE!
