Two locations require two orders unless the same crew follows. Travel time only charged between locations when crew follows. Est. 10ft 1hrL 1hrU. 15ft 3hrL 2hrU. 20ft 4hrL 3hrU. 26ft 6hrL 4hrU. Stairs and long carries add time.
