John was excellent at communicating, came prepared with tools and moving equipment, should they be needed and he and Roger quickly assessed the situation and then started to work. They did a masterful job of fitting everything in the truck perfectly and safely. John was constantly concerned about making sure everything was packed to avoid damage and also so that everything was well balanced for a safe 800 mile drive ahead. I will gladly recommend them to others!!
