I scheduled a move to arrive at 8am on 05.31.2025. I reached out via phone at 826am when I had not heard from the moving company, Prince of Peace towing. I then sent a text at 846am to verify the time of arrival. Prince returned the text at 9 letting me know he was waiting on U-Haul to open. At 1038am he still had not arrived. At 1141 he called me to inform me he was changing the brakes on his moving truck. The company did not arrive to me until 2pm. This is 6 hours after my scheduled arrival time. This is unacceptable as I had reschedule two appointments due to not having my items. There was no service recovery offered and that is unacceptable.
