  • This rating is mainly due to poor communication and overall expectations. My request was set for a same-day load out, and we had the understanding that it would be a stretch to have a team be available in the afternoon. Especially during rush hour. Once a team was confirmed, we made an effort to complete our 7 hour trip, and make it in time to meet. Their arrival time was pushed back multiple times, and ultimately moved to the next day due to our availability that evening. It was then guaranteed for us to have a team arrive at 8 a.m. the next morning. After multiple phones calls to the lead driver and, the scheduler, there was no answer. The driver finally reaches out to give an ETA, only to arrive an hour late. Tools were also needed to assemble a piece of furniture, but the driver had no tools on his person. Overall, it was disappointing to come into quite a few issues, when we hoped for a smooth transition and move after a long road trip.
