• The actual movers who showed up to unload my box did a good job. They were quick, friendly, and thoughtful. However, everything leading up to the physical unloading of my stuff was disappointing. I reached out to bowzzer newrly 10 times prior to my scheduled move. Every call, email, and voicemail was ignored. I did not hear anything from the company until the afternoon before my move, when I received a text from someone at bowzzer. I had initially reserved a morning moving window, so I asked when in the morning the movers would arrive. I was told that nothing in the morning was available and that all they had was 2-5pm. This was frustrating, and made me have to reschedule other appointments, but that time frame would have been fine if it was actually true. Instead, after receiving no updates or estimates about timing on the day of the move, the movers didn’t show up until after 7pm and didn’t finish until after 8. The delay was terrible, but the lack of communication was even worse!

• I’m so thankful for the service Erik and Fernando provided on my moving day! They arrived right on time, were courteous and friendly, and took good care with my belongings. Highly recommend Bowzzer Movers for local Chicago moves.
