  • The owner, operator, had a bad attitude, used a lot of profanity, damaged my freeze rear metal panel, packed my fragile mixed in with everything, hired his helpers the day of off of Craigs List. Told me my job, which I arranged for (4) hours 2 guys wasn’t going to be enough, so he told me I had to pay $250 for a 3rd guy (which) was him, lol!! He spent 4 hours complaining and boosting that he had done real time in prison. This was a very uncomfortable situation for me and my family. U-Haul should be ashamed that they haven’t screened their worker and provided them a code of conduct. Also this guy after I paid him, he tried to say the payment didn’t come thru and I had to show him that it did or I had to resent him a payment on scene. This is the exact complaints other customers have made against him, DON’T HIRE HIM!! Shame on you U Haul. I pay his to helpers myself because I knew he would stiff them!!

    Scott you were by far the worst client I ever came across first off you didnt even tips my helpers that you claimed you did Lying already because thats what police officers do Second of all we loaded half a semi trailer worth of household items with a 500 lb fishing tank you though 2 people can handle by themselves which is why I mentioned a 3rd helper 2 runners 1 stacker which WAS me You agreed to pay the bulky item fee at first but at the end you didnt pay the fee But you want to sit here and talk about stiffing people If I were to not had gotten another helper it wouldve been at least 7hrs with 2 helpers you almost didnt want to pay for another person until you realized you actually you needed a 3rd And as far as for my attitude and profanity I had every right to express myself due to your entitlement on our labor and because you didnt want to pay on what you agreed, total cost was going be 255 for 4hrs for all that stuff we loaded up for you 10k load cheap sake guy took advance
