  • Before our movers came, I put a cat tree, vacuum, ab machine, bags and few other things outside to help the movers. Our movers worked hard and in the rain. They were polite and very professional with me. However when it started to rain, the 2 young kids, DID NOT put the stuff in the truck, they left it outside an d my cat tree, vacuum, ab machine and bags got ruined and I had to throw away the $200 cat tree, the $100 ab machine and $200 vacuum. We also left for 30 minutes, to go run and get them water. When we got back they said they were done and to check it out. They were NOT done. My bed was not taken apart or loaded, neither was my futton. Or anything in my hallway. The truck I got was big enough for everything but we ended up having to take stuff. Again, they worked hard, but I believe these kids (who were 20 years old), were not trained on how to load, unload, take apart a bed or put a bed back together. We had to do it.
