  • Loyalty went beyond all expectations! U-Haul messed up so much that ‘moving day’ had to be canceled! They were able to help the next day and did a great job. The two men were professional, polite and efficient. Their communication was superior to the manager at U-Haul who never returned my call to apologize for his mishandling of the U-Boxes.
