    Overall great experience—super communicative, excellent packing job, and came prepared and on time. U-Haul’s UBox booking system has a major flaw in that it won’t allow you to see or preselect any specialty items from the company’s regular fees. My one gripe here would have been that $400 for a piano would have almost doubled the cost of my UBox loading; however, they gave me a significant discount on that rate since my instrument isn’t a full-sized upright. Absolute 5 stars for Cannaday Moving Co, but U-Haul really needs to address this issue on their platform.
