Here me and my coworker and carefully loading a couch into a U-Haul. We make sure every item is handled with care and hope to make your move stress free.

  • Reservation for noon and of the minimum 2 movers for 2 hours. I was literally moving across the hall to a different unit and informed them of this in my reservation and when I emailed them a few days before moving since they did not contact me first. I also told them in the email that I would be waiting outside of my building but to call or text if they tan into any trouble. I waited. 10 minutes past scheduled time, i called them to see where they were. I was only then told that their previous move ran late but they should be there in 10 more minutes. 15 minutes later the first guy shows up followed a few minutes later by the 2nd guy. So they started a half hour late, only had to move fewer than 10 pieces of furniture if you count my mattress, box spring, and headboard separately. Took a whole 30 minutes for them to finish. Super frustrated that I had to keep reaching out to them for any info and that I had to pay them for 2 full hours after the inconvenience. Can't recommend.

    Hi Amber, thank you for the feedback. I am sorry about the delay and the lack of communication, that is not the experience we aim to provide. Regarding the 2 hour minimum, this is a policy set by the moving helper platform and applies to all bookings made through them.
