Mover didn’t show up for scheduled move, even thought I confirmed with them multiple times that we only have small appointment window allowed by HOA to use service elevator. Mover didn’t even call or provided advance notice for not showing up. When I called he said he was 2 hours away. I lost about $75 in Uhaul extra day rental and extra day of work because I had to take time off next day. mover couldn’t come at scheduled time, and HOA didn’t allow to use service elevator so new appointment had to be made for following day. Next day movers came on time and moved it ok.
