  • I reached out multiple times before my move and did not hear back from them until the day I moved. I’ve reached out twice since the two men moved me because they scratched my floors moving a piece of furniture in. I have not heard back.

    Hi there, we have tried reaching out multiple times, which you have ignored and insist it be done over the phone. Things like this unfortunately have to be documented and so emailing or text is preferred. Any item weighing more than 200 lb over the required weight limit our movers 2 men crew can lift is considered a speciality item and this must be mentioned before move day so the appropriate team with the appropriate equipment can show up to safely complete your move. An item such as a 600 lb wardrobe or a 750 lb piano is considered a speciality item and is something you request to be moved separately or simply request we send a bigger crew not just 2 guys. Carrying 750 lb up 3 flights of stairs with just 2 guys is not ideal. Our last communication was that you would get a quote for the floor repairs and we would compensate for the damage caused. Regarding this matter, we have not heard back from you. Thank you!
