If you are able to schedule our services, you will be guaranteed a time slot that we have available. All scheduling is completed on Sunday, unless our services are ordered the same week they are to be performed.

My primary complaint is that I booked the move and waited weeks to hear back from anyone despite emailing directly. I finally called someone and they helped me over the phone to secure the move and make a schedule. I see a tip option, but I compensated the movers directly.
