  • I appreciate Evergreen State PNW Movers accommodating my move on short notice. My arrival window was 445–530 PM, but the movers arrived around 545 PM. At 536 PM, they called stating U-Haul had provided the wrong address, so I resent the correct address via text. Due to the delay and concern about losing daylight, my friend and I had already loaded the heaviest items ourselves. I paid for two hours of service, but the job was completed in about 40 minutes, and the movers worked efficiently once they arrived. However, I was uncomfortable with several personal comments made during the move. They asked how many rooms I had, how much my rent was, and made remarks about my shoes. After my friend mentioned some were expensive, one mover joked, Where are the Balenciagas? While likely intended as friendly conversation, I found the comments unprofessional. Efficient service, but the late arrival and lack of professionalism impacted my experience.
