    Three guys showed a bit early. There were no introductions. One was the supervisor, the two younger guys did the work. They did not bring anything, they ended up using both of my personal dollies. It only took an hour to unload, but two hours was the minimum you can book. Overall, nice guys that handled our load with care.

    Lone Star Moving Pros

    If I could give 0 stars I would. They arrived late (I paid for 2 hours of help, they provided 1 and a half). Did not bring any moving materials, told me if I really cared about my furniture I wouldn’t buy such heavy stuff, damaged the apartment property, and LEFT MY TOTES IN THE STAIRWELL after they walked out for anyone to steal. This was by far the worst service I have ever received and do NOT recommend. I also cannot get ahold of anyone from this company to put in a formal complaint and no one from U-Haul will help me. I do not recommend U-Haul services either.
