I was surprised that they only sent one person. I've used Moving Help a lot and it's always been at least two people in the past. But otherwise they were great- in particular, the email communication was extremely good. I would use them again.

To clarify Ubox orders do not have a crew size requirement Crew sizes for u-box job are determined by a job by job basis based on the inventory as well as dynamics of the location and whether or not there are extremely large or oversized items that need to be moved Based on the inventory you gave us and the fact your location did not have flights of stairs involved it was determined your Ubox moved only required a 1 man crew to service which Jason handled unassisted and without issue
